The Role

You will collaborate with our sales department as a valued team member, helping to find new applicants and aiding them with the application procedure. You’ll be their go-to resource for any inquiries, guaranteeing a smooth transaction. You will also be essential in posting job openings on employment boards, tracking responses, conducting phone and in-person interviews, and helping with bookings and cover in the mornings. You will then be assigned to the sales team, where you will have the chance to make cold calls, secure new business, oversee clients, negotiate, and finalize transactions in addition to developing ongoing client connections through meetings.
